Getting Started

Who is Pocket Maid's?
You shouldn’t have to worry about who is showing up to your home or managing cleaners. We’ve taken the hassle away so you can focus on things that matter.

We offer:

*Flat rate prices – no contract, no extra charge
*Convenient online booking and payment.

Do cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes! We’ll bring mop, vacuum, and everything else needed to clean your home. However, we will not bring detergents or soaps for laundy and dish washing. Just let us know where yours is stored or set it out for us.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! Most people will leave a key in a hidden location or give us instructions on how to enter. We will return your key to the location after we leave.
How do you ensure quality?

We can’t inspect every home which is why we’ve emplaced a system to followup with customers and our cleaning teams to make sure you’re happy with the clean.

We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

How soon should I schedule?

We suggest creating your booking 24-48 hours in advance. If you see a booking spot on the calendar, go for it! 

We recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible. If you schedule within 48 hours we do our best to accommodate cleanings but can’t guarantee availability. We will contact you if there’s an issue otherwise look for our booking confirmation email.

If you need a same day booking, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

What if cleaners mess up?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the cleaners missed something that is included in our services, feel free to point them to the spot and let them know. If you notice a spot within the next 24 hours just call us and let us know, we’ll send a team back out free of charge.

Managing Your Account

How do I log into my account?
Click ‘Login’ at the top right of the web page or on mobile click the drop down menu then select login. Alternatively you can follow this link
How do I reset my password?
You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at
How do I change my address?
Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. If you have any issues give us a call and we’ll update it for you.
How do I change my credit card?
Log into your account at and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be updated as your default card.
How do I book my first appointment?
Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. You’re also welcome to give us a call.

Pricing & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
Feel free to cancel any time. We don’t charge until after the cleaning has been done so there’s no worry of you losing money for undelivered services.
Is my online payment safe?
Our website is SSL encrypted. Our booking for has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Finally, no credit card information is stored with us. We use Stripe’s secure online payment processing.
How much will it cost?
We price based on the number of bedroom and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is instantly updated on the booking form.

Your Booking

What is included in a standard cleaning?

We take into account everything that involves cleaning a home. We also offer extra services like fridge cleaning, and oven cleaning. Check out our services page at the top of our website.

What is the estimated time on the booking page?

The estimated time shown on the Booking Summary is the ‘maid-hour’s’ it will take 1 person to clean your home.

It’s there to give you an idea of what to expect. Not exactly how long your cleaners will stay. A 2 person cleaning team will take half the amount of time.

What is the appointment window?

Although we try to arrive as early as possible, Austin traffic can be rough and unpredictable, not to mention other surprises. We allow our cleaning teams a 1 hour window to begin work at your home.

What if I have special requests?
Just let us know! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

Feel free to leave notes for the cleaning team at your home.

Can I give you a custom checklist to follow?
The short answer is no. Our cleaning teams follow our checklist which you can find on our services page. It’s pretty thorough so don’t worry about us missing anything.

If you have specific tasks you need completed ( 2 hours of dusting ) consider our Hourly option or call us and we’ll do our best to accomodate you.
